ROTH, Nadine

Nadine Roth is an Assistant Professor of History at Simon Fraser University. Her research interests include Public Space and the Reconstruction of the German Urban Life (1945-55). This project examines the role of urban space in the reconstruction of the German public sphere in occupied Germany and the early years of the Federal Republic and the German Democratic Republic. She was awarded the Governor General's Gold Medal Awarded to the Outstanding Graduate Student at University of Toronto in 2004 and the John Bullen prize, Canadian Historical Association, 2004.
