Steven Burns (PhD London) teaches in the Contemporary Studies Programme at the University of King's College. His research interests include Wittgenstein, Plato, and Aesthetics. He is currently preparing a book based on the lectures on virtues and vices which he presented at the University of Vienna, Austria. Moreover, his most recent book-length publication (On Last Things, Mellen, 2001) examines Otto Weininger (who influenced Wittgenstein).
