Willem Maas (PhD Yale) holds the Jean Monnet Chair in European Integration and is Associate Professor in political science and the Glendon School of Public & International Affairs at York University. He is executive member of the Canadian Centre for German and European Studies and the Centre for Public Policy and Law, member of the Centre for Refugee Studies, and director of the European Union Centre of Excellence.
